Members of the Conservative Party of Canada Kitchener-Conestoga Electoral District Association's Board of Directors are nominated and elected from the general membership of the Association at its Annual General Meetings. The Board delegates some of its program development and delivery responsibilities to committees who submit their plans and recommendations to the Board for approval. The Board is directly involved with some major events that the Association plans and executes. All Board members are volunteers.
On some matters, the Board's Executive Committee may act on its behalf (see the Association's Constitution for details). The Executive Committee is elected from Board members by the Board. All Executive Committee Members are volunteers.
